Applicants who are not NCC Education graduates or whose first language is not English will require either the minimum standard in the NCC Education Higher English Placement Test HEPT (please contact your Centre for further information) or a valid score of 5.5 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination or equivalent.

Allows entry to either the Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Computing/BIT(L5DC/L5DBIT), equivalent to year 2 of a typical UK honours degree, or the second year of many UK university programmes of study.

Your diploma will prepare you for a wide range of career roles with strong progression opportunities within the IT industry or IT departments of organisations in a whole host of sectors. You may begin work as a member of a project team, programmer or junior systems analyst. Alternatively, you may consider studying for the International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies.
