The ICCS is an introduction to computing and business with a practical approach to basic computer principles and competence.
Suitable for students:

With little or no computing experience
Who want to improve their English language skills for the workplace or further study

Course Content:

Fundamental Concepts of Computers
English for Business Communication
PC Competence
Basic Math for Computing
Introduction to Programming & Databases

The ICCS Course Structure:

The ICCS consists of 5 taught modules of which three are full modules and two are half modules. Each full module requires 100 hours and each half module requires 50 hours of study, comprising of lectures, practical exercises and self-study. The
course is typically of 12-month duration.

The five modules are:

-Fundamental Concepts of Computing -Basic Mathematics for Computing
-English for Business Communication -Introduction to Programming & Databases
-PC Competence

Assessment:

Individual Centers hold responsibility for assessing each of the 5 modules in the
course using the following assessment methods.
Assessment for 4 modules will be via automated testing, which is supplied by NCC
Education. Assessment of the Math Module will be a paper-based examination,
with the questions being supplied by NCC Education. Students are awarded an
International Certificate in Computer Studies upon passing all 5 modules

Fees:

Admission Fees: 8,500 Taka
Monthly Installment: 2,500 Taka (within 15th of each month)
Total Installments: 12
Exam Processing Fees: 3000* Taka
Reg. Fee (Payable to NCC): 100* Pounds 4 months before the final exam.
